Notably, a few days back Waltonchain launched a blockchain institute in collaboration with the Korean Standards Association.
Under the partnership agreement, Waltonchain and KSA, an organization governed by South Korea’s Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy (MOTIE), will cooperate in the following aspects:
- Blockchain education program design and operation
- The inclusion and operation of the blockchain private qualification system and qualification verification.
- Participation and operation of government support topics in the blockchain industry.
The Korean Standards Association was established to contribute to the development of the Korean economy by improving industrial standards and quality management. The association is also handed over the job of fostering scientific techniques and enhancing production efficiency.
The blockchain institute run by Waltonchain course will provide a Blockchain Expert Qualification Certificate.
The first appraisal exam is planned to be held in the second half of this year. The institute offers two levels of courses. The first level consists of a written exam, while the second level is comprised of a written exam and interview.
Lim Hyeon Cheol, the managing director of the Korea Standards Association said
“The purpose of this partnership agreement is to promote blockchain-related technical education, cultivate talents and enhance IT professionalism. The achievement of the blockchain education is our current priority and the cultivation of blockchain talents is the cornerstone for the development of the future blockchain technology.”
It can be remembered that Waltconchain has already started mass production of its infrared receiver chips.
