Unbanked, a financial technology company that links conventional enterprise and banking platforms to blockchain technology, has launched a holiday fundraising drive for Toys for Tots, a US Marine Corps programme that gathers new, unboxed toys and disburses them to under privileged children in local areas.
Unbanked is a blockchain-based worldwide finance solution. Unbanked combines conventional corporate, fintech, and banking platforms to blockchain technology, extending the value of cryptocurrencies for investment and daily transactions. The firm offers a suite of highly customized financial solutions that allow individuals who are banked, unbanked, or underbanked to build a financial experience as distinct as their lives.
From now until December 20, Unbanked will feature a cryptocurrency payment page that will enable donors to give in twenty-eight popular cryptos, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and Litecoin. This capability was recently implemented to the company’s crypto-friendly Debit Card and Global Bank Accounts in order to simplify monetary operations utilizing blockchain very easily.
“The current bitcoin bull market has been very beneficial to many of us, and the Christmas season is the ideal moment to reciprocate. Understandably, we wanted to emphasise the advantages of cryptocurrencies while also contributing to a worthwhile cause” Ian Kane, co-CEO of Unbanked, said.
“It’s an amazing pleasure to generate funds for Toys for Tots and a pleasure to give them access the resources they need to use the growing digital economy to help humanity.”
“Getting a gift under the Christmas tree on Christmas morning is a pleasure that every kid truly deserves,” retired Marine Colonel Ted Silvester, Vice President of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, stated. “We are grateful for Unbanked’s kind assistance. Their charity work aims are unmistakably similar to those espoused by the Marine Corps for over 74 years via our Toys for Tots program.”
“With [Unbanked’s] help, we will be able to realize the Christmas holiday aspirations of several less privileged children who would otherwise be overlooked,” Silvester said.
