Mattel is a worldwide recognized firm that was founded in 1945 and is responsible for some of the most famous toy brands, including Barbie, Thomas & Friends, UNO, Fisher-Price, and Hot Wheels. It said on its website that it collaborated with Cryptoys to “bring Eternia into the realm of NFTs” in announcing this new development for the renowned MOTU.
In the metaverse, Cryptoys are digital toys for play and collection that are released as NFTs on the Flow (FLOW) blockchain. Mattel said, “We are thrilled to debut Masters of the Universe Digital Action Figures.” “Through Cryptoys, an NFT-native platform, you can now extend your digital toy collection and bring them to life inside a playable environment.”
According to Cryptoy’s website, the next debut will honor He-40th man’s birthday, and fans will get their first peek at the partnership at Mattel’s booth at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. According to Mattel, the initial wave will be available on November 9. Evil-Lyn, Battle Cat/Cringer, Tri-Klops, Prince Adam, and He-Man are limited-time drops.
Additionally, Cryptotoys said that there would be three release waves. Wave 2 will have Orko, Beast Man, Trap-Jaw, and Teela, whilst Wave 3 will feature Skeletor, Panthor, Man-at-Arms, and Sorceress. There will also be four hero characters in each wave, for a total of twelve. This translates to 28 collectable toys every wave and a total of 84 collectible toys. Each MOTU drop will feature 10,000 toys each character, with a total of 120,000 MOTU Cryptoys available.

In addition, Cryptoys are available in seven rarity tiers, ranging from “Common” to “Ultra Grail” for each character. This implies that each MOTU figure will have many skins in varied amounts; the rarer the skin, the higher its value.
Beginning a collection begins with so-called “Cryptoys Cubes.” The business claims that toys may stay unboxed and in pristine condition, but once unwrapped, they “come to life.”
They said that Cryptoys Cubes may be purchased for $39.99 using a debit or credit card, or with cryptocurrency.
