Bullet Blockchain, Inc. (OTC: BULT), a leading software development and SaaS company specializing in blockchain technologies and Web 3.0, has successfully deployed an additional 10 licensed Bitcoin ATMs across the State of Georgia. This deployment aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans in the peach state.

Planned Deployment and Expansion

Having previously disclosed its strategic transaction to acquire a fleet of Bitcoin ATMs, BULT successfully deployed 10 kiosks during the 4th quarter of 2023. With the recent addition of these 10 Bitcoin ATMs, BULT has significantly progressed in its initial phase of deployment in Atlanta. This expansion enhances the company’s revenue potential and market visibility in Georgia, while also broadening cryptocurrency accessibility for residents through licensed Bitcoin ATMs.

Bryan Lindsey Appointed Global Strategist

In a move aimed at establishing a global presence by the end of 2024, Bullet Blockchain has appointed Bryan Lindsey as the Global Strategist for the company. Simon Rubin, CEO of BULT, expressed confidence in Lindsey’s appointment, citing his extensive experience in global entrepreneurship and strategic operations.

Lindsey brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality, integrated resort gaming, and e-gaming & sports betting industries. Notably, he served as the President of Red Rock Resort, where he played a pivotal role in the expansion of the publicly traded gaming enterprise, overseeing the development and operation of various gaming properties. Lindsey’s strategic advisory roles in online gaming platforms and his background in B2B licensing strategy further complement his appointment.

Patent Portfolio and Licensing Strategy

Bullet Blockchain acquired First Bitcoin Capital LLC, securing ownership of an intellectual property portfolio that includes two Bitcoin ATM patents. These patents are essential for the operation of Bitcoin ATM networks. BULT intends to introduce various licensing programs for Bitcoin ATM manufacturers, which may include per-transaction licensing fees, revenue sharing arrangements, or partnership programs with Bitcoin ATM owner-operators.

Additionally, BULT has engaged legal counsel to target unlicensed Bitcoin ATM operators and manufacturers, aiming to protect its intellectual property rights in the Bitcoin ATM market. The company remains committed to pursuing legal action against unlicensed operators and manufacturers found infringing upon its patents.

With these strategic initiatives, Bullet Blockchain aims to fortify its position in the blockchain technology sector, leveraging its expanding Bitcoin ATM network and intellectual property portfolio to drive growth and innovation in the cryptocurrency landscape.
