Amazon India Signals Metaverse Rollout on Decentraland

Amazon.com, Inc. India may be looking at launching an online store in the metaverse. On Wednesday, the firm teased “something new is on the horizon” on Twitter, referencing the blockchain-powered digital environment Decentraland (MANA).

In the post, Amazon India also cited OnePlus, implying that the recently released OnePlus 10 Pro 5G could perhaps turn up in Decentraland’s metaverse. While preparing this report, other specifics about the cooperation were unknown. Numerous physical goods and services have recently expanded into the metaverse; among them is JPM Morgan Chase & Co., which turned out to be the first big bank to build a metaverse seating area.

In February, Rihanna, the millionaire beauty entrepreneur, applied for a patent to offer digital cosmetics in the metaverse under the FENTY brand. While writing this article, MANA was trading at $2.54, down 10.70% in the earlier 24 hours.
