Scotch & Soda, an Amsterdam-headquartered fashion label, has partnered with Flaunt to transform its Club Soda 3.0 community into a web3 loyalty program of the next generation. Flaunt is a corporate loyalty management system that provides businesses and their consumers with a single point of access to web3.
Scotch & Soda aimed to develop “Club Soda 3.0” as a companion to its conventional loyalty program, Club Soda, with an emphasis on co-creating the label’s legacy with engaged consumers and fostering a higher level of engagement through the utilization of digital content and web3 innovation.
Scotch & Soda, a Salesforce Commerce Cloud client, utilized Salesforce NFT Cloud to give complimentary membership NFTs to valued clients and to establish a blueprint of the special privileges they want to provide program members. Scotch & Soda collaborated with Flaunt to realize these special membership perks.
Flaunt’s a modular platform allows businesses to simply develop and distribute incentives to every digital asset holder. Scotch & Soda will use Flaunt to set up, monitor, and administer their program, delivering special perks to holders of their Founders Pass in an effort to build customer loyalty and encourage involvement in the creative work. Additionally, Flaunt is linked with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, allowing promotions to contact the appropriate consumers in a safe and frictionless manner.
